次世代災害治療学研究部門とは
次世代災害治療学部門は、いわゆる災害医療、すなわち、DMAT (disaster medical assistance team) 活動、行政における災害対策本部活動、また外傷による多数傷病者対応などを担当している立場から、現在の災害医療の問題点と限界を明確にし、未来に向けた新しい【災害治療学】の概念を構築して行くことを目指しています。
当部門は、災害治療学研究所を構成する4つのクラスターのうちコアクラスターに属し、多彩な研究背景を持つ研究所メンバー間での学際的連携を推進していく役割を担います。
