災害救急研究部門とは

災害救急研究部門は、発災後急性期のいわゆる災害医療、すなわち、DMAT (disaster medical assistance team) 活動や外傷による多数傷病者対応などを念頭に、災害による傷病者の発生や重症化を防ぎ、また発生した傷病者が適切な救急医療を受けられる社会を実現するための研究を推進していきます。
当部門は、災害治療学研究所を構成する4つのクラスターのうちクリニカルサイエンスクラスターに属し、多彩な研究背景を持つ研究所メンバーと連携して、実際の患者さんの診療に貢献できる研究を行っていきます。
